History
At the very start there was an island constructed from pure wood (and dirt) and upon it laid some houses. Wood houses made with wooden wood and in these houses lived people. That was an accurate description of Towniecraft 1 the very start of Towniecraft it was quite slow but it worked.
After Towniecraft 1 we upgraded the server and started fresh. Towniecraft season 2 as it was dubbed was less serious and used a lot more commands. That server while fun was short lived and we eventually did a full reset and made Towniecraft 3. While good this was where the Towniecraft griefing attacks would start. This was very frustrating as it was hard to pinpoint who the attacker was. Eventually we got rid of said griefer although it took 2 more Towniecraft servers neither of which were very note worthy.
After that there was a long hiatus with no server it was kinda weird as that didn’t really happen at all since Towniecraft 1. But as of recently a brand new Towniecraft server started with a new theme COMMUNISM. Although IRL Communism hasn’t worked out well, but in a minecraft server where everyone gets along and not many people even play it works. So thank you for reading the history of this great server.
